Comprehensive Search Reports

JS&A will identify potential cities, hotels and resorts and determine which venue can best accommodate the clientís specifications.  Each possible venue will be reviewed based on meeting space capacity and functionality, date availability, concessions, and additional client specified needs. Detailed summary reports and comparison charts of the search results will be prepared for each client to view each property as a snapshot as well as easily compare properties from various cities. In addition JS&A will evaluate the selected venues and provide recommendations to our clients of the venue that we feel is the best match.
