Service Contractor Negotiation, Selection and Management

J. Spargo works with the official service contractor to coordinate all association related requirements, including aisle carpeting, aisle signs, masking drape, signage, decorative entranceway(s), registration counters, special decorating, etc.  If the service contractor has not been selected, J. Spargo will assist in selecting a contractor. 

RFP Development, Distribution and Evaluation

J. Spargo can assist you with selecting vendors by creating and distributing RFP's and evaluating responses.

Exhibitor Service Manual Development and Distribution

J. Spargo prepares and distributes comprehensive Exhibitor Service Manuals.  Hardcopy and online versions are available.
